On mine I used the same bolt in the tabernacle as holds the mast to hold an aluminium plate with two eye bolts holding blocks leading the lines to bullseye fairleads on the deck and back to cam cleats.. don't have a picture of it in use but this was taken when I was putting it together - there are two eye bolts, each with a dedicated block - one for main halyard and one for topping lift...
When I did my Snapdragon 24's lines, a friend made up a SS rectangle that went round the mast with eyes welded to it. I suspect that, had I paid for it, the cost would have been prohibitive, but a piece of SS angle, say 100X50X6mm long enough to cut the short side and fold round the mast, and attached to the mast pivot bolt would allow you to fit as many blocks as you need where you need them. I ended up with six lines - main halliard, topping lift, reefs 1&2, kicker and lazyjacks, as I needed to lift the boom out of the way when not using the main.
