have a go at Doing It Yourself quite an easy job with a puller you may be luck not to need one. or you could try gosport boat yard... where is you boat at the moment ? someone here might even do it for u ! what sort of prop 2 / 3 blade fixed or folding.
if it's a standard fixed prop with an end cone. undo the cap head screw in the middle then put a bar through the end cap and unscrew the cone. prop will either fall off or may need some gentle tapping with a mallet. if it won't budge you will need a puller. anode is held in place by two X-head screw.
don't forget to use lock tight or similar when you put it back together.
