Marinas on the east or south coast

Guess there are plenty of other yard facilities about. If I was planning to hang in the UK, I might've chosen them after all...

Let's hope I can escape though. A Coruna, Bilbao, Gijon. Let me think.

I would go to Ramsgate if i had a choice. Excellent Marina,
Council run, excellent facilities,and quite reasonably
priced. Mainline train stn, Airport nearby. Good shopping.
and there always seems to be something happening in the
Harbour for interest. I'ts also a good base for getting to
the Continent.

Yes,

We like Ramsgate too... only downside that we can see is the limited range of short trips that are available to you from there.... great for full day sails, but not much on offer for 'just an afternoon sail'
