I've just paid £67 for one night in Ocean Village Southampton (42ft boat). I think that's the most I've ever paid in the UK. Brixham and Torquay aren't far behind that (all MDL). Can someone top that? is there somewhere even more expensive? (UK only please)

£114 at St Katharine Dock plus electricity, but worth it for the location/experience on rare occasions.

I see their pricing structure leaps up to the next tier at 41ft 4"
£5.30 per metre. ?
Boat folk charge £3.35 per metre and does not appear to go up as length increases.
Premier charge according to size but still comes in at £3.50 per metre for a 42ft boat

Why people choose to go to that place as a visitor is beyond me

It was actually quite nice. We were on one one of the new pontoons. We had a drink in the HarBAR on the 6th and then one of the best curry’s I’ve had in years at Kuti’s. Overall a very nice weekend .

Odd that, I just had two nights there for £96 in a 44' boat so maybe a variable rate? I quite liked it too despite the long walk to the very inadequate Shower/WC block.

Ate in Blue Jasmine. Bit prententious but a lovely meal. Made the berthing look cheap :)

£5.30p per/m is their published rate for a 12.8m (42ft) boat so they charged me correctly. Sounds like you got a good deal Scala :-)
