Pressure washer, hand scrub, oxyalic acid, 4 passes with reducing cut compounds, polish then a wax

Nobody should feel obliged to take their boat out on every visit. If you like staying on board in the marina then there's nothing wrong with that.
But boats (engines, etc) do suffer from lack of use so I think the occasional run is really beneficial.
And wives should be strongly discouraged from filling the boat with ornaments, tables lamps, or anything else that makes prepping the boat for going to see a chore.
