Watchet Harbour Marina (Bristol Channel) is up for sale. There's the chance for a local co-operative? It will be interesting to see how the figures add up. Humberts Commercial, Soton.

Interesting to read your post but cannot get a response from the Humberts website. Did it give much detail?

Having moved from Somerset area, 20 miles from Watchet, feedback received back from that neck of the woods does not bear well for boatowners due to vandalism and theft. So I would think very hard before investing in that area.
They have never been able complete the refurb of the marina and I seem to remember it being tidal although I may be mistaken on that point.

Owned by Dean & Dyball. Offered by way of a share sale. Marina is held on a 125 year ground lease at "nominal rent" from West Somerset District Council. Humberts' man is Simon Gardiner 023 80 630 4744. Source was a Southampton business mag.
