Hi,
I have an old Karcher B502 pressure washer. It at least 17 years old, it was bought in the day of my Parker 275, when I kept the boat in Stonehaven. There's no commercial yard there, so 3 of us coordinating our annual launch and recovery.
It hasn't had much use, so it's in very good condition, However, the the connection between the high pressure hose and the trigger handle is leaking badly. I've disassemble that bit, it's just a C clip and discovered that the connector is really rusty. A new hose is very cheap, so the repair is viable.
However, I need to disassemble the high pressure hose reel to access and disconnect the other end of the hose.
It's not obvious to me how the reel comes apart. Superficially it looks like a one piece molding.
I don't want to "gorilla" it, I'd probably break some irreplaceable part.
I've looked on line for a workshop/service manual, but it looks like the B503 is pre-internet/google. I have found and down loaded a users manual, but I can't find a workshop manual, or a YouTube video, there's hundred of them for more recent models.
Does anyone out there have a manual, or now where I can get one, or provide some insight into how it all come apart?
A bit of long shot, but I thought it's worth trying to tap the extensive collective wisdom of the forum.
