I have a copy of Memory Map 2015 and an old school DVD install. UK waters with a non-expiring licence, PC and Android. which MM acknowledge.

I have failed to migrate to my current Win10 and Android devices and MM tech support don't reply. I know it's old but useful for planning.

Any thoughts how to make work?

Ah right. I have the same 2015 DVD and managed to migrate it first to Win 10 then to Win 11 but I've not tried it on Android, sorry.

I'm assuming the Win 10 machine you wish to use is not registered on your account when you log on to the online Memory-Map site?

It was a while ago now but I think what I did was to install from the DVD then log into the online account and entered the serial number that is on the little booklet that comes with the DVD to activate. That process checks with Memory-Map to see if the product is already registered to another device. If it is just go through the migration process to move the licence to the new machine. Start with the Activity Tab got to Purchases>Package and select the product (PC/Mobile - Marine charts - UK and Ireland 2015). then click Utilization for the product, select the device you want to migrate from and at the bottom select Migrate to:

I am not sure that is going to help but fingers crossed. It is not very intuitive I have to say.

You should update the Memory-May app too, I think it's called Memory-Map 4 all now..
