Ye, it seems a pretty well kept secret that the UK Centre Parcs are a completely different organisation from the European ones following a series of changes of owners. We found that even after travel costs were taken into account travelling to Belgium or NL was far cheaper than the UK. (PS I've just done the maths and realised that as my son was 21 this year the was around 15 years ago!)

Doing the boat in Feb, March/April, most of August and October. Sometimes it's good to let the kids do something they want to do as well

just to add to centreparcs europe comments - we have been several times and found it was cheaper including ferry or tunnel than uk - fun to be in a different country and that the access cards to any centerparcs worked at the others also such that we went for a day visit from one part to an alternate one to try it out and visited one of the belgian ones on the way home from holland - recommend it
