How is it that the local clubs racing dinghies can not avoid running down the side of my GRP hull ?. My boat is one of many moored in the river and seems to pick up at least one new scratch a week.
When I started in dinghies more years ago than I care to remember all good racing dinghies were wood and we looked after them by not banging into things, however with GRP not only do they not care about damaging their own boat they do not care about other peoples either.
Is this common problem or is our river unique it number of careless dinghy racers (of all ages).
PS Has any one got a degauser for hire ?
