That chap's nail varnish is a bit suspect, personally I prefer a neutral colour.

No, there is no UK supplier.
Postage is $15, about £9.00 so not too bad really from the other side of the World.
Mine's been despatched now, I'm interested to see how long it takes to arrive!

I did get it, it turned up two days ago.
Not tried it yet though, and there was £15.00 import duty to pay.
Also, it's incredibly expensive. My fault for not checking carefully enough, but I thought they were reasonable size tubes. Not so. They're tiny!
I'll put a picture up when i get home of what you actually receive.
Should (hopefully) get a chance over the weekend to see what it can actually do.

I would be interested, but not at that sort of price for an untested product.
I would need a fair amount, not for boating, but I have a Reliant Scimitar under restoration with lots of crazing to the gel-coat.
Interestingly there is a fair bit of chatter on the car forums about using superglue for gel-coat repairs. Is this a refinement?
In any case, I would be keen to know how Murv get on.

Finally got round to having a play with this, before and afters below:

I think the first set are with the 9 second hairline fix, the others are with the 9 second chip fix.
I did have another set with a classic spidersweb type stress, but can't tell which are the before and afters.
To be honest, the pictures actually make it look a lot better than it is.
So, in summary, in my opinion, it's very expensive and doesn't work

You're very welcome.
My boat is very old and tatty, and the cracks/chips I tested it on were old ones.
Maybe, with a newer, Whiter boat, and fresh cracks, it might be more effective but it was no use for mine.

Thanks for the updating this thread, Murv. I'm now onto my third old, white, fibreglass boat, with lots of hairline cracks, I'm always on the lookout for an easy fix! I think the jury's still out at the moment; as somebody said on one of the other forums, if they get a UK distributer, which will bring down the price, it may be worth having a pop at it.
