I've just bought a LYTTON ARRASEN 780 MOTORSAILER (at least that's what her documentation indicates) and I've been trying for several days to find some info online (anything really.. pics, drawings, technical data, etc) but I haven't been able to find a single link or reference (neither to this boat nor to the makers). It's a 26' twin keel motorsailer, built in the UK in 1980. I would appreciate it if somebody could either lead me to relevant websites or email me any info, pics, drawings, or technical data. Thanks and best regards, Atlantis.

I hate being Foxed but you have me here. None of my old reference books show this vessel. I can only assume she must be a one off or maybe only a very few were built.

Hi Byron.. I guess you're right, she must be a one off.. I've been surfing the net for days and nights and I've found absolutely nothing.. (just a broker ad.. a second hand motorboat.. made by Lytton in 1980.. not a motorsailer.. but no info at all).. couldn't even find find any reference about Lytton itself.. let alone my motorsailer.. anyway, I'm quite happy with her eventhough I have to give her a facelift in and outside.. by the way, very impressive boat you have.. regards from northwestern Spain.. If she is a one off then she's more than likely built like the proverbial brick faeces house /forums/images/icons/wink.gif and she'll be a sight more interesting than a bog standard production line vessel.
I do have possibly the most comprehensive reference books on pre-1988/9 boats in the UK (unintentially gathered over many many years). I now seem to be doing the same with CDs having recently acquired yet another with 1,400 boats on it.
Anyway have fun with your boat. Get a pipe, puff it knowingly and say things like "I prefer something with a bit of character myself"
