Complete waste of money IMO.
Will do nothing to ease the dreadful congestion around the town and one more thing to go wrong.

Im sure a pedestrian/bike bridge could be cheaply added to the existing structure leaving proper money for a much needed new road bridge.But that wouldnt burn enough taxpayers money to stroke the vanity of those involved I presume.
