with the sad loss of my sticky thing, Im a little confused as to where you:-

hang the black ball or balls

hoist a yellow flag for non EEC visits

fly a courtesy flag, and a Cornish flag

hoist up a radar reflector

hang your crew for miss behaviour

any suggestions?

Rather than hang the crew for misbehaviour would it not be better to keel haul them instead ??? Then at least they can scrub the bottom and check on the p brackets, shafts, and prop as well, whilst being dragged back and fore.

Black balls should always be hung out in the nearest doctors surgery

Yello flag?? Doesn't that also denote some hideous desease on board??

Cornish flag eh? Come up our way to N Wales. The Celts should stick together.

No need for radar reflectors - a good MoBo can outrun its assailant.

As Julian points out, there are very good reasons for keel hauling on a MoBo.
