I have a loss of RPM's on my 5.0 GXi, any help?

I would start at the air cleaner, take it off and see if it improves, if so clean or replace it.

Assuming the hull is clean and your prop is OK when did you last change the fuel filter(s).

my motor has 90 hours on it. I had the oil changed last fall and the brain surgeons at the dealership put almost 2 quarts too much oil in the motor. I had that drained and some improvement in the overall performance but I cant get any more than 4400 RPMs. I used to get 4800 RPMs last year and the year before.

new fuel filter, pressure is fine, compression is good, spark good, ECM says everything is good, starts good, etc. Just loss of 400 RPMs this year

air cleaner is good. so is the fuel pressure, new fuel filter, new plugs, good spark, compression, etc.
