Whitelighter IV is still a dissapointing 400nm away from the line. I made a mistake approaching the Cape and have never recovered. Ho hum...

Bloody 0.5 knots of wind this morning- at least now its up to a respectable 4.3 knots.....LOL

I've been cavorting with liferafts in a swimming pool today, and thought WB would finish without me, but the lack of wind means I have finished my sea survival course and half an hour to go to the delights of RIO! I'll mix you all some mojitos.. :_)

Its worth flagging that Carol has also been very helpful in acting as emergency skipper for me and Jolini during the race - she had 3 boats on the go this weekend!
