looking for advice on damage to the skeg and rudder of my 30ft Jouet 920

I sustained some damage to the skeg and rudder of my Jouet 920 - when you turn the rudder it opens up the fibreglass like a 'clam' when turned on one side. The rudder post is bent and the water ingress caused me to be towed into Grimsby and lifted out to discover the full extent of the damage.
Rudder off, cutting out the damaged fibreglass, perhaps replacing the skeg, straighten / replace the rudder post and refix all back in place.
