Look What I Found! The Poll worked

A few days before Christmas, when the new forum was set up, I ran a poll to find out if peeps wanted a Non_Boaty Icon. The response was generally favourable - and lo and behold, we seem to have one.

Thanks Kim and team - Now we just need to get everybody to use it sensibly.
