Actually, I did hesitate to use the word "ugly" but I think even you would have been surprised if I had said "pretty" !Why are you being so nice to me.......you must want something.
I do so hate being between a rock and a hard place .......
As for wanting something, a hand fitting a new pressure relief valve to the calorifier before the weekend would be great ! - although it might be better if i donated it to "another thread" which seems to be generating a considerable head of steam '

As far as the TMBA is concerned we are endeavouring to collect the facts and I am grateful to those that have provided information. We will then make appropriate representations to the EA. I have already asked that Navigation Channels at Regattas and other events be placed on the agenda for the next TNUF meeting at the end of June where the British Rowing representative should be present.
I cannot speak for the ATYC but presumably, as you are, I believe. ATYC Vice Chairman for the stretch where this occurred - you can ?

The ATYC has contacted the Environment Agency to raise the matter.
