London Boat Show 2011 - Who do you want??

I seem to swimming against the tide here but I think it is a great idea. Split them clearly in to beginners and advanced and sail and power. Talks aimed at non-boat owners explaining what boats can/cant do, sea safety, courses available, what to expect etc etc. I wish I could have gone to such a thing before I entered the world of boating.

get in touch with your local RNLI station and they do lots of safety talks and free boat inspections,DVD's, ok perhaps they'll rattle the tin at you,but you don't have to give, if you're a real tightarse.
