I suggest you look at the offerings so far together with any you find in chandlers.
Decide what columns you think you will need and then rule up a few pages of a hard covered A4 notebook working across the double page. Do not wite in hourly times as you may not always use them all, in fact you will be often be able to get two short passages on the same double page.
Keep it simple and leave a wide column on the RHS for remarks and other info for which you do not have specific columns. Leave a good bit across the bottom of the double page free from ruled columns for a narrative or any other interesting info like names of good restaurants
When you have completed a few trips you will have a better idea of what columns you need and use so then is the time to rule up a few more pages to take that into account.
Roger Oliver's logs and passage planning pages are very commendable but IMHO are OTT. Ok if you have taken your secretary with you perhaps!
