lofrans t 1000 capstan parts

Is there anyone can direct me to the spare parts dept for Lofrans winch suppliers? I have a T1000 capstan which has stopped working and on disassembly I find the, terminal post with long green wire, front bearing and seal, and woodruff key need replacing. I have enquired at Peachment, who are Lofrans agents but all they can offer is a complete new motor. Any info gratefully received. The motor is a CIMA 1951, a request pending with them in Italy.

AR Peachments in brundall norfolk are agent for lofrans, I sent a query to the italian address and they forwarded it to peachments for advice and supply which was handy for me as I moor not far from them.

Thanks Bart will try them, Snowbird have been in touch with Peachment no joy, "we only do complete motors" no spare parts.

i contacted Italy with simple request, nothing complicated..merely a "can we still get bits for particular windlass" plea .......................................still waiting for any reply

what I did,
I met the guy at Metz responsible for service,
(the mail adress in Greece)
I found his business card, the Guy's name was: George Papoutsis (but that was 2 or 3 y ago)

and I complained about availability of service in my region
and that I was in urgent need of service, otherwise I would buy new from another brand,

he was very cooperative in providing a quote for spares,
and when I ordered , all response came from Lofrans in Italy (payment, shipent, ...)

Same here, three possibles but nothing from any of them. Maybe they do not speak english? was contemplating using ANGLO SAXON ENGLISH. How long have you been awaiting a response??
