Correct Sir!Empuriabrava? If so one of our favourite lunch spots.
Here‘s hoping we can get out there again in the spring.

Haha! No we go there by car out of season ... usually take a picnic and drive out to the end of the quay. We either take the E-scooters or E-bikes and go for a jolly around the promenade over by the beach after lunch. Nice place but I don't think I'd bother going all the way by boat - I suppose we could get there for lunch at 20 knots and leaving very early but I seldom go more than 10 knots - much more pleasant. Have a look on Google Maps on satellite to see all the lovely coves to explore between St,Cyprien and Cerbere, the border. Can you really get there from your home port for lunch by boat?
Although Empuriabrava is my home port, for a change try Llanca for lunch, on the north of Cap de Creus. It’s a small Spanish family holiday town with cheap and cheerful “ Tocs” and the Michelin starred “Miramar“ both on the front and everything in between. Also shorter for you by boat and the best shower block on the Costa Brava.Haha! No we go there by car out of season ... usually take a picnic and drive out to the end of the quay. I was reading yesterday that everyone feels better if I’m enjoying myself ??
And a very Merry Christmas to you and yours??????????I was trying to be gentlemanly and graceful when I said that...
... but it sticks in my craw! ?
Enjoy though, and a very Merry Christmas to you and family.
I've been to Llanca by car but not Cala Culip by boat! By the look of it I should put it on top of my list. Having said above that we like to potter at 10 knots I'm currently lining up Kingfisher 6 which will do 37 knots with a clean bottom ... just now saving up for the fuel !! ..... ?Although Empuriabrava is my home port, for a change try Llanca for lunch, on the north of Cap de Creus. Still in the north of Cap de Creus is Cala Culip just before you go around the north-east point. Spectacular sheltered cove

So, we decided that we should take advantage of these stunning three days of perfect weather in case our Christmas is also cancelled
This is what I woke up to
I've seen him whizzing past - onions everywhere, beret, striped jumper, the whole deal - and merrily shouting 'Haw-hee-haw!', 'Dog my cats' and 'Allez Les Bleus!' - quite frightened the horses he did! ........ ?I thought as a Brit Macron had banned you? Or are you wearing that beret and the string of onions around your neck as a cunning disguise?

I do wonder what people think when they realise I’m a Brit. I worry they might start throwing rocksI thought as a Brit Macron had banned you? Or are you wearing that beret and the string of onions around your neck as a cunning disguise?
