LM33 Vitesse

I am thinking of buying an LM33 Vitesse and wonder whether anyone can give me any further information on them - e.g. how well are they constructed/ how do they sail/ what would they be like to singlehand/any particular problems to look out for?

As far as i know they are scandinavian and well built. There are 3 at Neyland
