I could arrange a moorings in Faversham Kent although You would have to sit on mud at low tide (very very soft) You could have Elec and water a t a cost of 70 a month.

thanks sounds good but going to try something nearer where i know a bit cornwall ( will drive around and try and find somewhere), cheers though!
