We are looking for a liveaboard mooring in Paris. I know they're rare, just wondering if anyone has any tips. We're on the waiting list at Port Arsenal. Would like to move the boat over next March; it's 60ft.

Have you considered a mooring say 30km from Paris and then commuting? In the Yvelines or the Marne?
His barge, the Who Knows is still going strong - http://www.french-waterways.com/boats/who-knows/ - and if anyone's interested in owning and operating such a hotel barge please PM me.I gather it helps if you're a film star, albeit a reluctant one:

Incidentally, in his pre-Hollywood days Hayden had a convincing CV as a mariner, on schooners (one one of which he was later master), fishing off the Grand Banks, war service as a (naval) captain in the OSS, sailing to Tahiti with his four kids, etc. Sorry none of this helps your immediate need, but it perhaps adds a little colour.
