Looking for a Liveaboard in Geneva. Fat chance I know but has anyone got any leads???/

Geneva is one place where I would not like to liveaboard in winter:

There are some better photos from about 99ish with half a dozen boats completely capsized and sunken due to ice.

A strong Bise (NE wind) of 50 kts combined with temperatures remaining below -10°C for many days occurred in February, 2012. With the long fetch of the lake of Geneva to build up waves to pound against the harbour walls, the resultant fresh water spray freezes over everything, including any boat afloat such that the weight can sink a craft and on rigging aloft can cause a capsize. No one winters aboard in Geneva.

The following photo series shows some amazing scenes of the harbour area and adjacent Rive at that time.

If you are referring to the previous post with the two videos, I'm sorry, as a dinosaur who has no FB page and is a non-practitioner of any social media activity, I wouldn't know how.
