For shallow draught vessel owners looking to liveaboard-discretely, dont tell them before you are 'in'-Littlehampton have space. Already one liveaboard couple on a widebeam barge at Dukes Wharf.

They dont want 'bangers' but tidy boats and sensible owners would, I am sure, be well recieved.

Worth checking if it might suit.

Just out of interest as a one time sailor out of Littlehampton what’s going on on the west side of the river above the arum yacht club and the old hillyardshipyard

The shipyard/boatyard is still there and working. The whole West side of the River has just flooded with the recent big tides and onshore winds. Some of the Shipyard is industrial units and workshops.

Ok thanks……there had been ideas about housing development and all the live aboard houseboats were being removed back in the 1980s
