Only if you miss the tide!
Nice to see Dylan posting again after so long. Has he forgiven us, do you think?
Er..
Check the date of his posts.
Agree your sentiment though.

however many thanks for nudging me to have another look at his youtube channel. He can be an irritating old _________ but a pleasant evening watching some of his more recent efforts.
A sometimes irritating, sometimes charming old salt, whose soul was drawn to the sea. Not of the same means as many on here and shame on us for driving him away.
Hello all , just been reading all your article , I live in Littlehampton and was a coastguard here for 17 years , I believe that the River Arun is now the fasters tidal river since the rest now have locks or dams . Littlehampton can be difficult at times , but most of the time its safe , one just need to look at the tide tables and make sure you have plenty of water and there's no strong easterly wind , and if you stay towards the East side of the river you will be clear of the shingle bank , were most dogs end up if the tide is right . As for sand we only have lovely sandy beaches when the tide is low I'm sorry to say . East Head is lovely , but car park charges are very high and getting there and getting out can be like The M25 Car park . Littlehampton has been modernised along the River in the last few years and is a lovely place for a walk and there are plenty of food eateries . and world class fish and chips shops. so look forward to seeing you 1 to 2 hour before high tide heading into Littlehampton . ill make sure I wave lol .
I go down to Fred's fish bar once a week with my biking mates, there are two huge MOBO's moored here that are in a hell of a state, they just look abandoned, one had a fire on board recently apparently, vandals maybe!
We popped in there for a couple of days during our holiday this year, harbourmaster couldn't have made us more welcome, enjoyed the beaches and town.
