It ain't too brown beyond Minehead, and by the Foreland Point it's almost a pleasant grey. Anchored off Ilfracombe I could see my keel (hooray!!)

Nice shade of chocolate at Pill.

I remember some wag made a colour chart for navigating around the channel.You compared it with the water colour and it told you where you were. Personally I find GPS better...

I only discovered the Bristol Channel forum today. Great idea. Will regularly follow the posts. Some interesting ones so far. Some great pictures too.
