Lidl kayak

Thanks Choppy, tried both rigid and inflatable yesterday - had never done paddle board before, upright on rigid board for half hour then swopped to inflatable, fell on the inflatable learning the jump moves but once the motion was understood (and the legs stopped shaking..) it was good! Size and weight of this one seems ok, possibly too cheap - will look further before deciding.

The Boss gets terrified in my Dragonfly kayak, this Lidl version would be funny - angles are rubbish and paddle probably awful quality, from experience you need all the power you can muster against strong sea breeze.

Currently choosing a paddle board, much more fun :). Think I'm going for this one, more movement than rigid board but good once I got the hang of it and easier to store onboard:

yikes, you can buy a second-hand winsurfer for £50 on eBay .. and for that price you get a paddle board (albeit without a paddle) and the option to sail.

Says 'Big 2500cc capacity'. That should go well.Is it petrol or diesel:cool:

Saw a couple of these on the Thames, sat very high on the water and looked unstable. They were being paddled very gently to avoid capsizing. With inflatable's, the more you pay the better they are.

I so agree.
