Hi All
I want to order some acrylic to refurbish my crazed Lewmar portlights.

Can anyone tell me the thickness of the acrylic in Lewmar Old Standard No1 portlights as I'm a long way from the boat at the moment.

Thanks

I can't tell you the thicknesses offhand but if you google ' Seateach ' chandlery at Emsworth, Hants, their website has a lot of info about the wide range of hatches they supply; if left in doubt phone them, 01243 375774.

No connection except there was a period I and others were very p'd off with them - and mentioned it here - now they seem to be doing their utmost re good service.

Thanks, but both Seateach and Hadlow only quote width and height, not thickness, and although Hadlow at £22.50 are a lot less than Seateach at £55.95 for each size 1 pane I still think I can do the job much more cheaply by using the old one as a router guide to cut from a piece of acrylic sheet

That's great, I thought they were around that, but wasn't sure enough to order up the sheet.
Thanks very much for taking the time to measure for me
