There is a slight problem with the shorter shaft. This is that when the anchor pivots from horizontal to vertical, the sharp pointy bit is higher up than with the Delta. As a result it can hit the bow whereas the Delta missed it.

I'm not sure they had missed it. When I phoned their technical department they told me I had to modify my bow roller to get it to fit.

Yes, maybe, or they made a large batch and noticed the problem, after complaints probably that was the only answer
