If I want to replace my damaged Seldon aluminium boom with itslazy jacks and single line reefing with a leisure furl boom can I still use the same mainsail?

Highly unlikely, or at least will require modifications. Why not ask the maker or the installer who is going to supply it.

I agree with Tranona,
One assumes your sail has battens (either F/L or short), which I would think would cause problems when furling.

Really need a new sail as the original hardware on the sail causes furling problems ..
You need a new luff tape to suit the bolt rope groove up the mast .
in my experience of Leisure furl ,this system has problems over running at the luff end and bunching up preventing a furl .
The boom angle when furling is also critical ,particularly as it pulls the leech aft around the mandrel .
So new custom made sail to suit is your best option.
