I heard power was back on but not sure if that is River wide or just localised to certain areas.

Certainly good news if true as powered operation will help prevent damage to lock gates.

Two points if I may....
1) The closed season for coarse fish runs 15/3 to 15/6 INCLUSIVE - so no coarse fishing until AM on 16th June. And pike are coarse fish, so that includes pike.

2) The public power at the local locks hereabouts is now on again. Yipee!

Just had a look thanks for that. I usually get emails about this sort of thing. Not a facebook user.

Will be nice when they get that boat out of the way above Sunbury.

Also worth removing the surface to surface missile installation at Cookham.
