Not sure why you are bringing in the different properties of lithium compared with lead acid as it has no bearing on this thread which is all about dealing with seemingly duff LA
I brought it up because the whole bank may well be duff in which case lithium is now the more sensible replacement for low maintenance and ease of use. With dropping prices lead house banks are effectively a dying tech

One battery gone duff in a bank of 4 can prevent the 3 good ones from receiving any significant charge current.
Thus it can appear that the bank is getting a good charge current but when trying to take current out the voltage dies
