Excellent and truly innovative, but with the addition of some form of gyroscopic stabilizing/gimballing device, possibly built in to his gonadal region, he could easily operate as a monoped whilst at sea. This would, of course, bring tremendous financial benefits, including 50% reduction in deck shoe, welly and sea sock spend.

Cheeky git! I was just ruminiating on how much it would save me to be prnamently legless and I reckon about £4.80 * 365 (2 pints of fosters per day would jist about do it) so that would be £1752pa .. about half the berthing cost.. so it really is true that MDL charge 2 legs and both arms ...rather than just an arm and a leg!
