I have been playing Solitair on the companys computer. I have now won over a Thousand pounds and my boss is refusing to pay me out.
What are my chances of getting him to pay by using the small claims court to sue him.

No chance .. gambling debts unenforceable , sponsiones ludicrae. Now if you were to argue that it saved your employer money and protected his trade by keeping you otherwise occupied the insurance peeps may pay up .. sort of protection racket ... pay me or I'll work ..

I was wondering where u had been ....... whats this game solitaire then ? is it a euphorism for looking for porn on the internet ? cos I hear thats the most common reason ppl get the push when abusing their computers at work ..........

I don't know why you want to sue your boss.
Presumably your machine is running Windows. Sue Bill Gates. Put in a claim for compensation, it won't take much thought to get a few million out of this. Get your boss to act as a witness.
