I knew LEDs use little power but running them off a pacemaker battery?

Don't know but ebay has a selection.

You need to be aware of back projection problems. SMD LEDs come with a bulky holder, side projection pins or (more rarely) back projection pins.

Shame they have a pressed steel body.

I find they always end up rusting on the edges with subsequent rust staining on the headlining (I think my boat's fairly dry inside).
