I had a leaking raw water pump on my 4-107 and priced a new one, at 340.00 USD. (the local boatyard wanted $480.00) I then ran across a dealer who would sell me the correct seals, which cost approximately $18.00. Putting the new seal in was not difficult. (hammer and block of wood). If anyone is interested, the dealers email address is MABIE@worldnet.ATT.NET, he's located in New York USA, so shipping might be a bit expensive, but it shouldn't cost anywhere near 3 or 4 hundred USD.

I've done this myself, you can usually buy all the seals and bearings from industrial bearings / seal suppliers for less than a repair kit!
