I will submit the food choice to RHYC tonight.
Sadly, I won't be arriving in Full Circle, although cunningly, it may well be there.

Really looking forward to seeing you all again, and meeting other forumites.
 
Jim, just did another check and noticed that Gitanes food choices were not registered in the list, although their attendance was.

I'm afraid we might be no shows as well

Jane is pretty bluntly telling me she is not enamoured with two early starts and two fairly long days (by her measure) for one night of fun

I'm not fancying a 6am start on Sunday morning either for that matter and any later and it's a foul tide virtually all the way to Fambridge (and we have to be back on Sunday)

And there's not a hotel room to be had in the nearby area, even if I could really afford to be spending the money (and then there's the problem of getting from venue to hotel at an unspecified hour etc.)

But I really don't fancy a two odd hour drive there and, especially, a two odd hour drive back and not being able to have a drink while I'm there

Especially not having driven to and from Essex over the last week and having to be back in Essex the following Saturday
 
Despite all efforts to get to there, I'm afraid Pioneer will have to be added to the Apologies list. Will try harder if there is a fitting out supper in 2015.

Mr and Mrs CPD Will be making an appearance, sans bateau, avec voiture. and if any choice still exists would prefer 2 x sausage and mash and 2 x lime cheesecake if possible. Otherwise, owt.

Probably banned berth wise from RHYC so will go into woolverstone....

Try and sort yourselves out with alternative choices and I will fully update the thread later after I have landed.

From James, Ops Manager at RHYC:

I would suggest for ease of service that for the mains we drop off the pork loin and Piri Piri Chicken, then we can do the remainder and the veggie option is mushroom and peppers cooked in a paprika cream sauce served with rice.

As for the dessert I would suggest that the apple tart is dropped and keep the rest.
 
I Think Jim wants us to decide which if the 2 items we voted for we want.

This is very confusing.

I thought the menu was the menu... What is this some sort of playoffs, and then we are gonna go for a best of four final????

We didn't vote.. We just placed an order... Have we messed up the whole thing??

And were did the lemon tart option come in... I note it's not in the early options..
 
So when do we make the final choice... I thought the extras had been eliminated.. Will there be another voting off??

This is sort of "stricktly come dining..."
