Launch trolley wheel stopper..

You guys will know... the wheels on my launch trolley are held on with some circular clips rather than the more usual M27 washer and pin.. the circular clips have indented square teeth to provide friction and hold them and the wheel in place.. the axles aren't drilled for a pin so it would be a faff converting, any idea what those circular clips are called??? Googled without success..

Drill the ends of the axle and upgrade to split pins , or if you are likely to want to remove the wheels regularly to "R" clips.
