Latest SoF fuel price

I got 5000 litres at 1.22 last week in Antibes by tanker truck. For 1000litres walk up rate dockside I'd budget 1.30. Euros.

Cards are fine. Jfm. 1.30 seems optimistic at the pumps ??

Book a tanker. I boat still under broker control he can do it for you. Staggeringly they grant 30 days credit on fuel. Rather them than me !

Was 1.20 in Port Gardian (Just North of Marseille) last week, 1.259 in Blanes and 1.15 in Tarragona so I think 1.25-1.30 is a good guess for SOF. I think all marinas take cards, indeed Port Gardian was card only (self service). Two of my cards didn't work though, maybe I haven't set them up for use abroad?
Are you still planning to go to Sant Carles? We did Marseille to there last Tue-Fri and flew home yesterday.

€1.46 at Port Vauban a couple of weeks ago.

The PV fuel berth is very expensive, the same price as Porquerolles fuel station which is normally the most expensive in SoF. Tankers will now deliver quite small volumes though, I think as little as 500 litres, certainly 800 is OK, and are about 20 cents a litre cheaper even at those volumes. Can tankers get along Quai 2, I've never seen one?

Technically you can get vehicles along both q1 and q2, but I've only ever seen a car on q1 once, and never on q2. I didn't know that the tankers would go down to 500l; I typically put in 500-600l (capacity is 750l). Logical thing to do is get a tanker delivery very early in the morning on the fuel pontoon, before it opens I guess - or piggyback off someone else's delivery and just temp moor alongside.

Something for next year perhaps - I prob won't need fuel again this year.

Since you are buying white anyway, it might be cheaper to look inland a bit. Might be worth trying to get a truck down from Draguignan.
