Laptop power problem

Hi and thanks to everyone who posted.
I bought this one...ad.LT20-3500-DC+Airline

Works fine (in the car anyway!)

We're planning our first trip from Poole to Cherbourg on Friday - so it will be nice to have the plotter working too.

Re: Alternative solution

You would be unlucky if the modified sine wave damaged your laptop. The laptop mains adapter is usually switched mode, so rectifies the input voltage anyway.
