I saw them interviewed on news couple of days ago, their attitude was not good towards the rnli, they said it was their job to rescue people and whatever you do there's risks involved, and could see no wrong in what they were doing, the interesting bit will be when they attempt to cross the Atlantic.

Maybe they are at one with the idea that they won't make it to the other side or, to put it another way, that they will.

That's the only bit of the tale I've heard about. Report said they'd dried out against a harbour wall. Left the boat to go ashore to the shops. Candle had been burning, but they said it had been put out before they left, but thought wick must have still been glowing and it relit itself (!). Boat fell away fron the wall and heeled over, candle fell off or over and set light to some clothes and furniture.
