Hello,
I have just bought a yacht through the Dutch system and can recommend an excellent surveyor who I believe does power boats as well. His name is Rem Schuijt and his website is www.expertiseburoschuijt.nl His number is 0031 228 31 47 41, mobile 0031 653 401 862.
If I'm wrong, and he cannot, I know a broker very well and he would be happy to recommend a power surveyor.
As an aside, I was very impressed by the Dutch system. We bought our boat through one of the biggest sail/power brokers and were given a shortlist of HISWAS qualified brokers to choose from.
