Knackered out board engine wanted

Ok guys I am looking for a 3 to 5 hp outboard with the engine knackered , I want to try and build an electric one using the original shaft, do you have anything lying around to do a deal on. There is one at the bottom of the Irish Sea , BruceK Chucked in .

A Tohatsu 50 two stroke is to big.

I suspect he has an old electric whisk from his days as a cook beneath stairs that he wants to put into the body of the old outboard. Plugging it into the mains might be an issue unless he has a very long extension cable.
