You will often see posts saying what good or speedy service someone has received from one supplier or another. this is a slightly different angle.
I made a decision on ordering a part from KeyParts, after it arrived I decided it would not be suitable. I exchanged emails with them and they suggested I sent photographs and engine number to asses the suitability of what I had ordered. They agreed it was not a good solution, but as they could not offer any alternative, they invited me to return the part for a refund. The part would have arrived with them yesterday, I sent it via a commercial carrier. Today I had a letter from them, with a Visa slip crediting the amount back onto my card, no fuss, no restocking charge.
That is very good customer relations as well as good service.
