I take it your boat is a 22ft Mystic (similat to the Debutante. If so there are a couple of ways of checking the bolts, x-ray or removal. Generally x-ray is only practical when a large group of owners get together so removal is probably the best solution. If you are removing a selection for inspection you may as well replace at the same time anyway. From memory the bilge plate bolts are fairly short so they should be easy to buy. Given the large number I would use galvanised bolts rather than stainless which can be a bit troublesome when without oxygen and next to a non stainless plate. Also worth checking what is there and replacing with the same if they have lasted well.
