Keel bolts on She31b

[Windfall]

Having just bought a bit (well ok a lot!) of a project I am keen to have a look at the keel bolts on my She 31b. I've got the nuts off ok but can't shift the bolts themselves. A colleague tells me that his She 27 had a lead keel with windows in to access the lower end of the keel bolts. Can anyone give me any clues?
